1. What HelicopterShare is

HelicopterShare is a connection marketplace only. We help travelers post upcoming flights and available luggage space, and let senders find them. We do not handle deliveries, payments, escrow, insurance, customs, or transactions of any kind. Any agreement between a traveler and a sender is strictly between them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use HelicopterShare.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and posts, keeping your credentials confidential, and every activity performed under your account. Do not impersonate anyone.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, restricted, dangerous, or prohibited items (see our Safety Rules).
• No harassment, hate speech, spam, or fraudulent listings.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated abuse of the platform.
• No sharing of another person's private information.

We may suspend or remove any account or post that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

5. No liability for transactions

HelicopterShare is not a party to any arrangement between users. We do not verify items, identity beyond basic authentication, delivery, customs compliance, or payment. You use the platform and interact with other users entirely at your own risk.

6. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting on HelicopterShare you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On deletion, your profile, flights, messages, and connection history are removed.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelicopterShare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any interaction with other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
